Noise Solutions Provided

Since early 1974, we have been providing and installing solutions for noise problems in manufacturing plants and for OEM accounts.  They include:

Unique Silencers

For the past 26 years, we have been furnishing a unique spiral silencer for intake or exhaust applications.  It is specifically appropriate if high noise reduction; low pressure drop and/or limited space and weight are of paramount concern.

Their applications have been for cooling air intake and exhaust on diesel-generators; high pressure blowers; dust collector exhausts and to quiet TEFC motor noise.

Outdoor Barriers

If  neighbors complain about noise coming from nearby equipment, an acoustical barrier is often the best and most economical solution.

Noise Enclosures for: ball mills; glass tempering lines; boiler feed-water pumps; foundry shake-outs; operator pulpits; water-jets; printing press folders and high-pressure blowers.

Spiral Silencers for: incinerator exhausts; intake and exhaust cooling air for diesel generator units; laboratory hood exhausts; large hp TEFC motors; baghouse exhaust stacks and high-pressure blower intakes and exhausts.

• Baffle Type Silencers for: fan intake and exhausts; cooling tower intakes and exhausts; chiller air intakes and exhausts; HVAC ducts and air handling units and stack exhausts.

Acoustical barriers for: cooling towers; HVAC condensers and chillers.

Noise control curtains for: punch presses; HVAC chillers; boiler feed-water pumps and shaker test stands.

Material Lifts

For moving material between floors of an existing building or from the floor to the top of a mezzanine, we offer hydraulic and mechanical lifts with capacities up to 13,000-lbs.
